- QBCode is free to download. Some features require QBCode Premium — an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- You own everything you create — your codes are yours.
- The Authenticity Check is an informational estimate, not a guarantee of genuineness or value.
- Please don't use QBCode to commit fraud or break the law.

Agreement
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the QBCode iOS application (the "App") you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and LeadSphere, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please delete the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the rules of the App Store.
3. Your content
The text, URLs, Wi-Fi credentials and contact cards you type into the App, and the codes the App generates from them, belong to you. These are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. The one exception is the Authenticity Check: when you explicitly submit a cropped photo, that image is sent to our analysis service to generate your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate codes that impersonate another person or business
- Encode malware, phishing URLs or other unlawful content
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source beyond what Apple's standard license permits
5. Subscriptions & purchases (QBCode Premium)
Some features — including unlimited code creation, the full design library, and the complete Authenticity Check report — require QBCode Premium. Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple In-App Purchase:
- Weekly — auto-renewing subscription, billed per week (a discounted introductory first-week price may be offered to new subscribers).
- Yearly — auto-renewing subscription, billed per year.
- Lifetime — a one-time, non-consumable purchase (no renewal).
- A discounted weekly offer may be presented if you decline the standard plans.
The exact price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown on the subscription screen in the App before you confirm, in your local currency. Prices may vary by region and may change; any change will be shown before it applies.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• An auto-renewing subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If an introductory free or discounted period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that includes it (where applicable).
• Purchases are restored with Restore Purchases in the App. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
6. Authenticity Check — no guarantee
The Authenticity Check produces an automated, AI-assisted estimate based on a photo you submit. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not an appraisal, certification, or guarantee of authenticity, condition, ownership, or value, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, or other decision. Always seek a qualified professional for important decisions.
7. No warranty
QBCode is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. While we test on many scanners, we cannot guarantee that every code we generate is readable by every scanner under every condition. Always print a test before mass-producing physical labels.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LeadSphere, Inc., its developers or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the use of the App or reliance on an Authenticity Check result.
9. Third-party components & services
The App is built with open-source libraries (including SnapKit, RealmSwift, lottie-ios, Alamofire, and a QR rendering library) and uses Apple In-App Purchase and Google Firebase. Alamofire is the networking library used to send the Authenticity Check photo and your purchase receipt as described in the Privacy Policy. The respective licenses of these components apply to those components only.
10. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and us only — not with Apple — and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price paid for the App itself (note that in-app subscription/purchase refunds are handled under the Apple Media Services Terms). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and the effective date above will be updated.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it (remember to cancel any active subscription separately, per section 5). Anything you have saved on your device remains accessible until you delete it.
