Summary

TL;DR The short version

  • QBCode is provided free of charge, "as is".
  • You own everything you create — your codes are yours.
  • Please don't use QBCode to commit fraud or break the law.
  • We are a small team and cannot guarantee perfect availability, that every scanner will read every code, or that every authenticity-check report will be exact.

Agreement

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the QBCode iOS application (the "App") you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and LeadSphere, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please delete the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the rules of the App Store.

3. Your content

The text, URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, contact cards and any other input you type into the App belong to you. QR/barcode inputs and local history stay on your device. If you use Authenticity Check, the cropped photo you confirm for submission is sent to LeadSphere's analysis service only to produce the report shown in the App. The QR codes and barcodes that the App renders from your input are likewise yours to use however you like.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate codes that impersonate another person or business
  • Encode malware, phishing URLs or other unlawful content
  • Submit photos or use reports in a way that misleads buyers, sellers, platforms, or authorities
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code beyond what Apple's standard license permits

5. No warranty

QBCode is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. While we test on a wide range of scanners, we cannot guarantee that every code we generate will be readable by every scanner under every condition, or that every authenticity-check report will be exact. Authenticity reports are visual-analysis references only and are not professional appraisal, legal certification, purchase advice, or a guarantee that an item is genuine. Always print a test before mass-producing physical labels, and consult a qualified appraiser before relying on any high-value authenticity decision.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QBCode, its developer or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the use of the App.

7. Third-party components

The App is built with open-source libraries (SnapKit, RealmSwift, lottie-ios, Alamofire). Their respective licenses apply to those components only. Alamofire is used for the cropped Authenticity Check photo you explicitly submit; the other libraries do not transmit data on our behalf.

8. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only — not with Apple — and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may also discontinue the App in future versions, but anything you have already saved on your device will remain accessible until you delete it.

下载、安装或使用 QBCode iOS 应用(以下称"本 App")即表示你接受你与 LeadSphere, Inc.(以下称"我们")之间的本服务政策(以下称"本条款")。如不同意,请删除本 App。

2. 授权

我们授予你一项可在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 App 的个人、全球、免费、不可转让、非独占许可,适用 Apple Media Services 条款及 App Store 规则。

3. 你的内容

你在本 App 中输入的文本、网址、Wi-Fi 凭证、联系卡等所有内容均归你本人所有。二维码/条码输入与本机历史记录保存在你的设备上。若你使用正品验真,你确认提交的裁剪图片会发送到 LeadSphere 分析服务,仅用于生成 App 中展示的报告。由这些输入渲染出的二维码与条码同样归你自由使用。

4. 可接受使用

你同意不使用本 App 进行以下行为:

  • 生成假冒他人或他人企业的码
  • 编码恶意软件、钓鱼网址或其他违法内容
  • 提交图片或使用报告误导买家、卖家、平台或监管机构
  • 违反任何适用法律、法规或第三方权利
  • 超出 Apple 标准许可范围,对本 App 进行反编译、逆向工程或源码提取

5. 不作担保

本 App 按"现状"提供,不附带任何明示或默示的担保,包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权。尽管我们已在多种扫描器上测试,但仍无法保证每个生成的码在所有条件下都能被识别,也无法保证每次正品验真报告都完全准确。验真报告仅为视觉分析参考,不构成专业鉴定、法律认证、购买建议或正品保证。批量印刷物理标签前请先打印小样测试;对高价值物品作出真伪决策前,请咨询具备资质的鉴定人员。

6. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内,QBCode、其开发者及贡献者不对因使用或无法使用本 App 引起的任何间接、偶发、特殊、衍生或惩罚性损害(包括利润损失、数据丢失或业务中断)承担责任。

7. 第三方组件

本 App 使用了开源库(SnapKit、RealmSwift、lottie-ios、Alamofire),它们各自的许可证仅适用于相应组件。Alamofire 用于提交你明确确认的正品验真裁剪图片;其他库不会代表我们向外传输数据。

8. Apple 相关条款

你认可本条款仅在你与我们之间订立,与 Apple 无关;Apple 不对本 App 或其内容承担责任。如本 App 不符合任何适用的担保,你可通知 Apple,Apple 将退还你购买本 App 的费用(如有)。

Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人;一经你接受,即视为 Apple 取得并接受对你执行本条款的权利。

9. 变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将在 App 内公告,并同时更新本页顶部的生效日期。

10. 终止

你可随时通过卸载本 App 来停止使用。我们也可能在未来版本中停止提供本 App,但你设备上已保存的内容在你主动删除前仍可访问。
